Refund Policy

WaypointMap premium is a software subscription service. If you find that you would like a refund for a charge as part of the subscription. You can reach out to support@waypointmap.com and it will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

We do not grant refunds for:
- People who purchase premium without first using the free version to test compatability with their drone. It is a REQUIREMENT to fly at least one mission with the free version of WaypointMap before you purchase premium.
- People who use the premium service after a subscription charge. If you pay for a month then proceed to use the service, you cannot be refunded.
- Charges 30 or more days ago. Please reach out as soon as you notice an issue.

For the best chances of success:
- Reach out to support@waypointmap.com as soon as you have an issue.
- Do not use the premium service to keep planning missions if you want to be refunded.
- Verify everything works with the fully functional free version of WaypointMap before purchasing premium.

Additional issues may qualify for a refund, but that is at the sole descrecion of WaypointMap. Please reach out if you believe this applies to you.


Delivery Policy

Delivery is automatic and granted at subscription payment completition. Premium features are automatically applied to your account.


Return Policy

Due to the nature of the service. As this is a non-physical software service, it cannot be returned.


Cancelation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time here.


Privacy Policy

WaypointMap collects the follwing data from you, the user:
- Information provided as part of account creation.
- Basic site analytics, about how and when pages are used.
- Anonomous location data.
- Selections, actions, and locations within the editor.

WaypointMap uses the collected data above for:
- Improving the site design, user workflow, and performance optimizations.
- Partners.
